Maybe you've got a virus and you can't delete it from the normal way? Or just want to try this for another time then just follow the easy pictures tutorial!

To get in safe mode:
1. Close any running programs.
2. Click start and type msconfig

3. The System Configuration utility will open and you will see a screen similar to the one below.
4. Go to boot tab.

5. Tick the safe boot option
6. Press the OK button.

- 7. After that a message will prompt asking you to reboot now or later. You need to choose now. 8. Your computer will reboot and you will be booted in safe mode.
- To get out of safe mode:
- 1. Again from within Safe Mode type msconfig
- 2. When the window is open and you are in the General tab then select the option labeled "Normal Start"
3. Click OK - 4. Then click reboot and it will back to normal that's all
